Semi-Dry Cast Stone
A high quality product manufactured using crushed natural stone. A hand crafted product, hand cast into moulds and hand finished by qualified stonemasons. Once cast, differing degrees of finishing can be applied by grinding the stone or acid etching. With a content of at least 80% natural stone our architectural stone is designed to give the client the highest available resemblance to natural stone.
Traditional carving and tooling may be carried out on this type of architectural stone product.
Aggregate size 5mm to dust
Strength in excess of BS1217, 25N/mm2 at 28 days
Repairability: Easy to invisibly repair

Wet Cast Stone
Using a mixture of fines and aggregate a wet cast product is designed to achieve a comparable appearance to natural stone with excellent strength and durability. Wet cast architectural stone products can be made with knapped flint, brick, granite or natural stone facings, show exposed aggregate or have an etched finish. A very wide variety of colours and textures can be achieved. We manufacture to BS8297 for precast concrete.
