Minsterstone undertook a complete and complexed design, manufacture and install package incorporating high quality bespoke architectural precast cladding components in a warm buff coloured stone appearance.
The façade comprised a combination of decorative cills, fascia panels, high level copings and storey high fins with a fully designed structural 2nd floor perimeter precast band which carries two storeys of masonry brickwork above.
The use of the precast cladding fully complemented the overall intent and concept with the final design producing a crisp and highly functional façade treatment.
Throughout a positive and pro-active liaison with the Contractor, SDC, along with the project consultants provided a strong working environment which resulted in the scheme being a success for all concerned.
